Artisan Flats

Artisan Flats is a 120-unit, four-story apartment community located in historic Downtown Birmingham. The development includes leasing space, a second-story pool and a rooftop common area. Situated along two major corridors, the project’s tight setbacks and limited laydown space required careful logistical planning and coordination to minimize congestion and maintain the construction schedule. Brick from the historic building that previously occupied the site was reclaimed and incorporated into the exterior, preserving an important connection to the property’s history while adding a sustainable element to the new development.
